The symptoms that bring people in for acupuncture, poor sleep, stress that will not switch off, digestion that is off, pain that lingers, often trace back to the same hormonal patterns we look at everywhere else in the clinic. When your hormones are under pressure, your whole system feels it. Acupuncture works on that system directly.

Using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, fine, sterile needles are placed at specific points to work with your body's energy flow, or Qi. Patients notice it eases muscle tension and helps the nervous system settle.

Your first session is longer than the ones that follow. Brittany reviews what has been going on, then builds the treatment around what you actually need, not a set routine.

No referral needed. Once you are booked, we will confirm your appointment time and what to expect on the day.
