This first visit is for new patients, held virtually so you can have this conversation from wherever you are.

You sit down one-on-one with a Naturopathic Doctor who reviews your symptoms and health history in detail. Your hormones do not exist on their own. They are shaped by your stress, your sleep, your gut and metabolic health, your cycle patterns, and how much you are carrying day to day. Your ND looks at all of it, then builds a plan around your whole picture. Not to prescribe hormone therapy, but to build the conditions that let your hormones regulate the way they are designed to.

Your plan may include functional testing, targeted supplements, and lifestyle changes, all coordinated within Bright & Well. If it becomes clear over time that a medical evaluation is the right next step, we move you there without starting over.
