Initial Facial Acupuncture Treatment

Description
This booking is for first-time patients. Your sessions are with Brittany O'Brien, LAc. Fine needles are placed at points on the face, alongside body acupuncture to help you relax through the treatment. Patients notice their skin looks brighter and less puffy afterward, and the session itself is calming. Facial acupuncture is not a straight skin treatment. It works on your skin and your nervous system at the same time, and those two are more connected than they look. The stress that keeps your system on edge is tied to the same hormonal patterns we look at everywhere else in the clinic, and it shows up in both places at once, in a face that looks tired and puffy, and in a body that never fully settles. This treatment works on both. Your first visit includes red light therapy, body acupuncture for relaxation, and facial cupping or gua sha finished with a hydrating B5 gel. Because it is your first session, Brittany reviews your skin and what you are looking for, then tailors the treatment from there.
